Reko Study® is operated by Reko Apps Ltd (“we”, “us”). By using this website you agree to these Terms.
2. Educational purpose
Reko Study provides GCSE‑focused educational content (tutorials, quizzes, games, and related resources). Content is for guidance only and does not replace professional teaching or examination board materials.
3. Eligibility & accounts
- You must be 13+ to create any account. For under‑18s, a parent/guardian should supervise use and be the contracting party for paid services.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the site unlawfully or to infringe any rights.
- Do not attempt to access, disrupt, or reverse engineer our systems.
- No automated scraping, bulk downloading, or republication without written permission.
5. Intellectual property
All site content (text, graphics, code, quizzes, games, logos, and branding) is protected by intellectual property laws. Reko Study® is a registered trademark of Reko Apps Ltd. You may not copy, distribute, or exploit content without our written consent, except where permitted by law.
6. Your submissions
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or materials, you grant us a non‑exclusive, transferable, royalty‑free licence to use them for operating and improving the service (unless we agree otherwise in writing). You confirm you have the right to grant this licence.
7. Paid services (future‑ready)
- Subscriptions/Tutoring: If offered, details of pricing, billing intervals, cancellations, and refunds will be shown at checkout and/or the relevant service page.
- Cancellations: Unless otherwise stated, tutoring sessions may require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule; missed sessions may be charged.
- Refunds: Where applicable, refunds follow the service‑specific policy shown at purchase and your statutory rights.
8. Safeguarding & child protection

9. Availability & changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time to improve the service or for legal/operational reasons.

The site and content are provided “as is”. We make no guarantees that content is error‑free, up‑to‑date, or covers every syllabus. Use is at your own risk.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, lost profits, or academic outcomes arising from use of the site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death/personal injury caused by negligence.

We may link to third‑party sites/services (e.g., Google services). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service. You may stop using the site at any time.
